Who is Mr. Brager?

Mr. Brager is a curious fellow :)   He likes to learn and share what he learns with this students and all people.  Better yet he loves to learn from students and have them teach him something new.  Mr. Brager was raised in Richland and is proud of the cloud (was a Richland Bomber).  He was a paperboy, cook, construction worker and busboy before leaving high school. After high school he got a Bachelor and Master in Business Administration from Washington State University, Pullman.     For 15 years he worked as a small business owner, broker and general manager for a larger local corporation.  He caught the teaching bug when he taught PE classes (martial arts and self defense) at WSU Pullman, then taught evening classes at CBC in Real Estate Appraisal, and he also taught classes at the Richland and Kennewick Community Education.  He liked teaching/helping people so much that he got a Master Degree in Teaching from Heritage University so he could work with kids as a public educator.

Mr. Brager has been teaching for almost 20 years in the Kennewick School District.  He received his National Boards in Early Adolescence Science and is  Career and Technical Education (CTE) Certified.  He is doing his dream job of teaching kids how to gain the skills and confidence to research, design and build and know about careers that do not necessarily require a college degree.

He firmly believes that learning can be safe, fun and challenging for students and he lets them have a lot of say about what is taught in his classroom.  He is married to Margaret Brager, his best friend of 34 years and has a son and daughter (who are awesome).
